Current Position: Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
Position Overview:
Edgewood Landscape is seeking a talented, hard-working, individual who is looking for new and exciting summer work, and possibly to potentially start their career in landscaping! In this position, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining lawn care maintenance for residential as well as commercial grounds. Candidates must be able to operate large machinery such as riding lawn mowers and other work vehicles. The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting is desired. A cheerful and positive attitude with great people skills are a plus.
Some experience would be beneficial, but will provide training.
Job description includes but is not limited to:
* Follows written and verbal instructions from the crew leader and clients.
* Planting flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes.
* Mulching, pruning, and various maintenance needs.
* Cut lawns of various sizes.
Work Hours and Benefits: We are looking for Monday through Friday help throughout summer
Monday through Friday, shifts starting at 7 am.
Starting wages will rage from $17-$20
Qualifications and Skills:
* Be able to use and maintain equipment, including dump trucks, mowers, leaf blowers, and other various machines.
* Can lift 40-50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing.
* Communicates effectively
* Works well independently and with a team.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* No prior experience required
* Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
* Must be over 18 years old.

Current Position: Foreman
Position Overview:
Edgewood Landscape is seeking a talented, hard-working, individual who is looking to establish and maintain a career in landscaping. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and providing landscape maintenance. The right candidate will contribute to all aspects of hardscape and softscape landscaping. Candidates must be able to work on their feet, carry- move heavy materials, and operate large machinery. The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting is desired. A cheerful and positive attitude with great people skills are a plus.
Some experience would be beneficial, but will provide training.
Job description includes but is not limited to:
* Follows written and verbal instructions from the crew leader and clients.
* Planting flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes.
* Maintains gardens and lawns, including mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding.
* Installing and building stonework and other hardscape projects
* Removes snow and ice by plow trucks, snow blowers, and shoveling by hand.
* Building and renovating stone pathways, patios, and ledges.
* Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles.
* Drives work vehicles to and from sites.
* Adheres to all safety precautions.
Work Hours and Benefits: We are looking to fill a full-time position.
Monday through Friday, shifts starting at 7 am. Possible Saturday shifts.
Wages will be based on experience

* Works well independently and with a team.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* At least one year of landscaping experience is preferred, but not required.
* Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
* Must be over 18 years old.
